Saad calls to provide job opportunities for voluntary workers in Basra

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Suzan al-Saad, called the government to provide job opportunities to the voluntary workers in Basra provinces.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com, Saad rejected “Exploiting the graduated students who are jobless by using them without granting them monthly salaries or wages.”

She called to “Allocate sums of the Petro-dollar that were assigned to Basra province during the visit of the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki to Basra province, in order to provide job opportunities to the jobless, particularly the graduated students.”

She expressed “Surprise over the silence of the local government of Basra over the rights of those people and making them working for several months without paying wages for them.’

“I will do my best to get the approval of the parliament to allocate sums for these people to get their rights,” she concluded.
