Saeed announces parliament approval for prohibiting internal fight law draft

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Haval Khudhur Saeed, of Taghyeer bloc announced “The approval of the Parliament Chairmanship for the law draft of prohibiting internal fight.”

He stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) “The law was discussed yet the lack of quorum prevent the vote on its draft.”

“I submitted the law draft to the parliament to prevent settling the political disputes through armed conflicts,” he added.

“I prepared the proposal of the law and gathered signature of more than 100 MPs and then it was submitted to the parliament chairmanship for approval,” he continued.

“The Chairmanship referred the law draft to the Legal Committee to be studied and then to presented for a vote,” he concluded.
