Saudi king praises Al-Sistani’s “wise attitude”

(IraqiNews.com) On Wednesday, Saudi King Abdullah Bin Abdul-Aziz, in his meeting with President of Iraq Fuad Masum, praised the “wise attitude” of religious authority Ali al-Sistani, and expressed hope for more unity and harmony among Iraqis of all constituents.

Masum, during the meeting, made a statement —followed by IraqiNews.com, saying, “Iraq and Saudi Arabia have one future, which requires coordination in many fields”. He stressed on the importance of relationships between the two countries and the concern about Iraq’s unity and stability, saying, “Iraqis are united now more than before as they face “terrorism”.”
