Sihail, Kuwaiti delegation discuss bilateral relations
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The First Deputy Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament, Qusai al-Sihail, stressed the need for real and practical movement to enhance the mutual cooperation between Iraq and Kuwait in all fields including the media field.
A statement by Sihail’s media office cited that “Sihail met with the Kuwaiti delegation which is visiting Iraq currently where he stressed during the meeting that “The Iraqi Parliament highly respects and appreciates Kuwait and its people,” confirming “this is demonstrated through sending a large parliamentary delegation to Kuwait to sustain the bilateral relations between the neighboring countries.”
“The 1st Deputy Speaker reiterated his welcome to the Kuwaiti delegation, calling to earnestly avoid the media escalation and try to create suitable atmosphere for the mutual relations,” according to the statement.
