Sihail, Lebanese Speaker discuss developing parliamentary cooperation between Iraq, Lebanon

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The first Deputy Speaker, Qusay al-Sihail, and the Lebanese Speaker, Nabieh Bari, discussed bilateral relations and the means of enhancing parliamentary cooperation between the two countries.

A statement by Sihail’s office received by IraqiNews.com “Sihail and Bari met at the Lebanese Capital, Beirut, as they stressed the necessity of activating parliamentary joint cooperation and establishing the best bilateral relations in all levels.”

“For his part, Bari expressed his readiness to establish good relations with Iraq,” the statement added.

“Sihail offered an invitation to Bari to visit Iraq later,” the statement concluded.
