Sinjari urges IS to adhere to solve Hashimi\

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Faris al-Sinjari, of the Iraqiya Slate called his Slate to adhere to settling the case of Tariq al-Hashimi politically.

He stated to IraqiNews.com “I have no information that the IS adheres to Hashimi’s case settlement.”

“The IS must be committed to the settlement of this case by setting it as a condition for attending the national meeting,” he concluded.

The Iraqi Central Criminal Court issued the fourth death sentences against a number of the guards of the death sentenced Vice-President, Tariq al-Hashimi, for charges related to terrorism.

Judicial source stated to IraqiNews.com “The ICCC issued capital penalty against six among Hashimi’s guards for charges of supplying a car bomb to be detonated in al-Madaan area of southern Baghdad targeting the pilgrims heading to Karbala province on Ashura occasion.”

Earlier, the Central Criminal Court issued a third death sentence in absentia against the judicially wanted Vice President, Tariq al-Hashimi, on last Sunday.

On last Thursday, the Iraqi Central Criminal Court issued a second verdict of death penalty against the judicially wanted Vice President Tariq al-Hashimi.

It is worth to mention that the ICCC has issued in last Sept, 9th the first death sentence against Hashimi in absentia and the Director of his office Ahmed Qahtan.
