SLC MP accuses some blocs of attempting to endorse General Budget law without approving some crucial laws within it
Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said ” While reviewing the General Budget law in the parliament, we noticed that some blocs wish to endorse it without approving some crucial laws within it that highly serve the citizens where there is not interest for any sides to hinder the improvement of those laws.”
“Many of the provinces in Iraq lack the important services in all the sectors such as the Education, Health, Infrastructure and etc,” he added, noting that “During distributing the allocations of 2013 budget, the lack of services in the provinces must be taken into consideration and not the population of the provinces.”
