SLC MP calls to respond to legitimate demands of Basra province

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mansour al-Timimi, of the State of Law Coalition called the Executive and Legislative Authorities to respond to the legislative demands of Basra province according to the constitution.

In a press statement received by IraqiNews.com on Saturday, he said “We always call to fairly deal with Basra province that suffered a lot from the wars, but the Parliamentary Finance Committee and the parliament in addition to the government deal with dual way with our calls.”

He called to “Allocate 5 USD for each oil barrel for 10 years according to Article 112 of the constitution to be distributed for the projects in the province.”
