SLC MP: Nijaifi’s resignation, one of solutions to correct political process

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP, Mohammed al-Sayhoud, of the State of Law Coalition headed by the Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, called the parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, to resign from his post to correct the political correct.

Speaking to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com), he said “Correcting the political process will be by two options, the first one either by dismissing Nijaifi or by making him to submit his resignation due to the policy that he followed. The second option is to dissolve the parliament and hold early elections.”

“These two options are to change the political process and the irresponsible politicians,” he added, noting that “All agree that the political process need to be correct and the core of the correction is the parliament.”
