Sunni Endowment urges self-restraint following Basra murders

 

Basra (IraqiNews.com) The Sunni Endowment called upon the southern part of Iraq to practise restraint and curb the plot interwoven to spark strife between the Shiites and the Sunnis.

Head of the Sunni Endowment, Mohamed Balasim said in press conference he held today “The advocates of sedition and Takfir are behind the murder of the mosque orators in Zubair district, urging the people to maintain self-control to thwart this malicious scheme.”gunmen had shot dead a number of mosque orators while they were on their way to the district past Thursday.
