Talabani to return to Iraq at beginning of next September, says Kurdish MP
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Burhan Mohamed Faraj of the Kurdistani Alliance announced that “The President Jalal Talabani will return to the country at the beginning of next September.”
He stated to IraqiNews.com “Talabani is expected to return from his medical treatment in Germany to Baghdad on the 5th or the 6th of September.”
“Talabani’s return will have a positive impact on the political process to reduce the current political crisis because he is the patronage of the national meeting,” he added.
It is worth mentioning that Talabani is under the medical treatment in Germany since 3 months where he underwent a surgery to his knee.
