Turkmen Minister assures liberating Amerli district

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Minister of Youth and Sports Jasim Mohammed Jaafar confirmed ending the siege imposed by the terrorists of the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant around Amerli district which is dominated by Turkmen population on Sunday.

Minister Jaafar of the Turkmen population stated to IraqiNews.com Sunday “The security forces supported by the volunteers managed to end the siege imposed on Amerli district and surrounding villages.”

A wide security operation has been launched on Sunday early morning by the security forces and volunteers to end the siege of the ISIL on the district. /End/
