Urgent – 13 women prisoners released

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Special Committee formed for investigating the cases of the women prisoners announced that 13 women prisoners were released.

The Iraqiya Satellite Channel stated “The Special Committee announced the release of 13 women prisoners where the Justice Ministry decided to move them to their provinces in Mosul, Anbar and Salah il-Din.”

It is worth mentioning that the member of the Special Committee sheikh, Khalid al-Mulla, announced “The Premier, Nouri al-Maliki, issued a pardon for 700 women prisoners arrested for criminal charges,” noting that” All the prisoners will be sent to the prisons in their provinces.”
