Urgent – Abadi denies Iranian air strikes against ISIL shelters in Iraq

Follow- Up (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi denied reports over conducting air strikes by Iranian Air Force against shelters of the terrorist Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant in Iraq.

Abadi said in a press statement in Bruxelles on Wednesday “We did not give any orders or permission for any Iranian or Turkish Airplanes to bombard ISIL shelters in Iraq.”

He added “There is an international coalition to fight ISIL and every action requires permission from Iraq.” /End/
