Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission approved the names of the nominees for the upcoming local elections of 2013.
The spokesperson of the IHEC, Safa al-Musawi, said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com on Thursday “The Commissioners Board within the IHEC approved the nominees’ names for the next provincial elections.”
“The number of the approved names reached (8100) nominees,” he added.
