Urgent – Iraqi Parliament starts session to vote on Federal Budget

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Parliament has held its regular session of Saturday to read and vote a number of law drafts most notably the vote on the federal budget of 2013.

Source at the parliament told Iraqi News on Saturday “The Parliament has started the regular session chaired by the Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi with attendance of 231 MPs.”

“The session’s agenda includes the vote on 2013 federal budget in addition to the vote on other law drafts,” the source added.
