US Embassy denounces Kirkuk bombings
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The US Embassy in Iraq denounced the bombings that took place in Kirkuk on Sunday morning, killing and injuring dozens of citizens most of them were among the security forces.
A statement received by IraqiNews.com cited “The US mission in Iraq condemns these explosions and the terrorists attacks that followed the explosions targeting the headquarter of Kirkuk Police Forces.”
“We extend our sincere condolence for the families of the victims as we wish a speed recovery for the injured people,” the statement concluded.
Earlier, three explosions targeted the headquarter of Kirkuk Police Forces in central Kirkuk, killing and injuring 103 citizens most of them were policemen including the Commander of Rural Police Forces in Kirkuk, colonel Sarhad Qadir.
