White bloc calls to set law organizes performance of private banks

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The White bloc called to set a new law that organizes the performance of the private banks.

The spokesperson of the White bloc, Kadhim al-Shimari, stated in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com on Saturday “The report of the International Financial Integrity stated that Iraq has lost about six USD Trillions in the last ten years.”

“The report states also that the illegal funds in Iraq are resulted from the suspected deals conducted by the politicians who deposit their funds in the private banks,” he added.

“The interest of Iraq can be achieved by setting a new law to organize the performance of the private banks,” he pointed out, stressing the necessity to “Observe the funds transformations outside of Iraq that increased in the last three years according to the report of the US General Inspector.”
