Zibari, Secretary General of OIC discuss Iraq’s relations with OIC

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Foreign Minister, Hoshyar Zibari, met the head of the Organization of the Islamic Cooperation, Akmal il-Din Ihsan Uglo, on the margins of the meetings of the 39^th course of the foreign ministers of the OIC in Djibouti.

A statement received by IraqiNews.com on Friday cited “Zibari discussed with Uglo, the relations of Iraq and its financial and legal commitments to the OIC.”

“The two sides have also discussed the meetings of the 39^th course of the OIC and the discussed political issues in addition to the stance of Iraq towards them where Uglo appreciated Iraq‘s stance and his support to the OIC,” the statement added.

“Zibari conducted several meetings and calls with the FMs of the Islamic countries who are participating in those meetings,” the statement concluded.
