(IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Oil Ministry announced its exports from the Basra oilfields  were amounted to 76 million and 200 thousand barrels, and its revenue to 6 billion and 919 dollars in September.

Assem Jihad, the ministry spokesman, stated that “the price of a barrel reached $ 90 and 761 cents in September.”

Jihad added that “30 global companies from various foreign countries have bought Iraqi oil” and “Iraq depends on Basra fields in its oil exports.”

It is noteworthy that Kirkuk oil exports to Turkey through Kirkuk – Ceyhan line are still discontinued because of terrorist operations taking place since last March.
