Urgent – Parliament chairmanship meets heads of blocs to discuss General Budget

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The parliament chairmanship held a meeting with the heads of the political blocs to discuss the pending issues related to the General Budget of 2013.

A parliamentary source stated to Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) on Saturday “The parliament Speaker, Osama al-Nijaifi, held a meeting in presence of his First and Second Deputies, Qusai al-Sihail and Arif Tayfor, with the head of the political blocs and the participation of the Parliamentary Finance Committee to discuss the disputes over the 2013 Budget.”

The parliament is supposed to hold its regular session on Saturday to endorse the Budget.
