Economy – Investment Parliamentary Committee lacks a plan to control inflation

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Economy and Investment Parliamentary Committee assured the lack of the plan to control inflation after increasing the salaries of government employees.

Speaking to Alforat News Agency (Forat), MP, Mahma Khalil, of the Economy Committee said “In case of increasing the employees’ salaries, we have to depend on other economic resources to avoid inflation.”

“Policy and economy supplement each other where the deterioration of the political situation affected the economic sectors such as the investment and agriculture,” he concluded.
