Housing complex to be established southern Karbala

Karbala (IraqiNews.com) The investment commission in Karbala province set the cornerstone for the housing complex of Zahra neighborhood in Hindiya district of southern Karbala.

The deputy chairman of Karbala investment commission, Ahmed al-Maliki, mentioned in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The Inma of Iraq company set the cornerstone to establish (500) housing units,” noting that “The project will contain an elementary school, kindergarten, nursery, markets, public parks and the infrastructure services.”

he added that “The total area of the housing project reaches (60 acre) with total cost of IQD (72) billion.”

The statement pointed out ”The aim of this project is to relief the housing crisis and reduce the unemployment rate in the province in addition to applying the modern technology in construction sector.”
