Iraqi seaports receive commercial ships of various shipments
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Seaports Dept associated to the Ministry of Transportation received 10 commercial ships coming from different countries loaded with various cargos.
A statement by the Ministry mentioned that “Um Qasr seaport of southern Basra received four ships loaded with containers, pipes and other various shipments coming from Singapore and Hong Kong.”
“While Ma’qal seaport of central Basra received six ships all loaded with cement coming from Iran,” it added.
“Meanwhile, two fuel carriers and three ships loaded with benzene, gasoline and iron pipes, docked at Khor al-Zubair port in south of Basra coming from the Seychelles Islands and Baryuda,” the statement concluded.
