Long term economic plan to refresh national economy of Iraq
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) MP Ibrahim al-Rikabi, member of the Parliamentary Economy & investment Committee stressed that the Five-Year plan that was set by the Ministry of Planning will refresh the national economy and diversify its financial revenues and decrease the dependence on the oil revenues.
Rikabi said that “The Ministry of Planning has set a Five-Year plan for economic development for (2013-2017) that aims to diversify the financial revenues of the country and reduce the reliance on the unilateral revenue achieved by the oil revenues.”
The Minister of Planning, Ali Shukri has announced on last Friday that his Ministry will submit the project of the long term plan for the (2013-2017) to the Council of Ministers and the Parliament prior to 30th, December, 2012.
