MoT intends to accomplish 4th license draft

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Acting Minister of Telecommunications, Turan al-Mufti, assured that the Media and Communications Commission confirmed finalizing the draft of the fourth license for mobile phone in Iraq.
