MP demands to distribute fuel for governmental electricity generators

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Secretary General of the Sons of Iraq Coalition, Abbas al-Muhammadawi, demanded Baghdad Governor to release the fuel quota for the owners of governmental electricity generators to help poor people in living expenses.Muhammadawi reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com ”More than (10,000) governmental electricity generators were delivered to people ten months ago and yet their owners did not receive their quota of oil which made the operators to double the price of electricity Ampere than the fixed prices.””The citizens now are suffering the cost of living and the high temperatures in the summer where the people should get electricity according to the prices specified by Government,” he added.”The Parliament authorized the Government to spend and disburse the allocations of the province within the service budget,” he concluded. \END\
