500 displaced families have returned to the areas of al-Raud, Sheikh Amer, Albu Oluwan and al-Halabsa in the district of al-Karma.

(IraqiNews.com) al-Anbar – The Mayor of al-Karma District, Ahmed Khalaf al-Dulaimi, announced on Sunday the return of about 500 displaced families to their liberated areas in the district, while pointed out that the number of households that returned to their areas in al-Karma has exceeded 2500 families.

Dulaimi said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “500 displaced families have returned to the areas of al-Raud, Sheikh Amer, Albu Oluwan and al-Halabsa in the district of al-Karma (53 km west of Ramadi),” noting that, “There are other displaced families that will return in the next few days to their liberated areas in al-Karma.”

“Services of electricity and water are available in the liberated areas,” he added.
