(IraqiNews.com) al-Anbar – The Committee of Planning and Observation in Anbar Provincial Council announced on Tuesday, that more than 75 strategic and vital bridges have been destroyed as a result of the military and terrorist operations in the province.

The committee chairman, Yahya Mohammadi, stated for IraqiNews.com, “Military and terrorist operations that are taking place in Anbar province since the beginning of 2014 have led to the destruction of the infrastructure in cities across the areas the province,” indicating that, “Over 75 vital and strategic bridges have been destroyed in the general areas and the cities of Anbar.”

Mohammadi added, “Anbar needs 150 billion dinars for the reconstruction and rehabilitation of those bridges,” noting that, “the time of the completion is ranging from one year to two years.”
