(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi criticized on Saturday the presence of armed groups in Basra and other Iraqi provinces, while confirmed that we shouldn’t fight ISIS and doing his actions.

Abadi said in a televised speech during a meeting with a number of families of the victims and political prisoners followed by IraqiNews.com: “The fighters in the front do not sacrifice their lives in order to occupy the buildings, as happened recently in Zayouna area, but to defend the land and holy places.”

Abadi added, “The guidance is clear; we must work under the cover of the Iraqi state, and we do not want several armed parties,” asking, “what these groups do in Basra and other provinces .Is there ISIS in Basra?”
