(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – Information Office of the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi announced on Monday, that the latter had decided to postpone his trip to China until further notice, attributing the reason to the developments in the security situation in Anbar and Baiji following up the implementation of the reform package.

Ebadi’s office said in a statement issued today and received by IraqiNews.com, “the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi decided to postpone his trip to China, which was scheduled on the 19th of the current month, until further notice.”

The office attributed the reason to “the developments in the security situation and the start of the second page of Anbar liberation and the operations in other areas, including Baiji, in addition to the reform package and the urgent need to follow up its implementation.”
