Abadi meets with security leaders in Samarra

(IraqiNews.com) On Sunday, commander of the Armed Forces and prime minister Haider al-Abadi met with the security leaders in Samarra upon his arrival to the district.
In a T.V. report followed by IraqiNews.com, “Commander of the Armed Forces, Haider al-Abadi held today a meeting with the security leaders upon his arrival in Samarra.”
Abadi arrived earlier on Sunday in Samarra district south of Tikrit to supervise the military operations against ISIS in Salahuddin province.
It is noteworthy that the commander of the federal police forces Raed Shakir Jawdat announced today the start of the second stage of purging the areas controlled by ISIS.
