(IraqiNews.com) Anbar – Anbar provincial council member Mohammed Farhan announced on Thursday the approval of the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi at the request of Anbar council to open an investigation into the causes of the fall of the city of Ramadi, noting that al-Abadi has ordered to open an investigation and to bring the perpetrators to the military courts.

Farhan said in an interview for IraqiNews.com, “The Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces Haider Abadi has agreed to the request of the Government of Anbar in an official letter to open an investigation into the causes of Ramadi’s fall in the hands of ISIS.”

“Al-Abadi has ordered to open an investigation and to bring the guilty security leaders to the military courts,” Mohammed added.
