(IraqiNews.com) Diyala – On Tuesday, a security source in Diyala Province announced, that Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi arrived in al-Muqdadiya District to check the popular café that was bombed, as well as the mosques that were destructed.

The source said in a statement followed by IraqiNews.com, “The Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi has arrived in al-Muqdadiya District and was received by the Commander of Degla operations Lieutenant General Muzher al-Ezzawi, Governor of Diyala Muthana al-Tamimi, Brigadier General Jassim al-Saadi and the Commander of the army’s 5th brigade General Ali Fadel Omran.

The source added, “Abadi visited the popular café that was exposed to two consecutive bombings on Monday last week, while also visited the destructed mosques, checked some popular markets and met a number of citizens in the district.”
