AFC rejects calling new players for Iraqi formation

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Asian Football Confederation rejected the request of the Iraqi Football Association to call new players for the primary formation of the Iraqi team which consists of 50 players.

Administrative Manager of the Iraqi team, Basil Korkis, stated to IraqiNews.com “The AFC informed the IFA over rejecting to register players Samal Saeed, Hussein Abdul Wahid and Mohammed Kasid within the Iraqi formation since the period of registering players has expired.”

“IFA informed Coach Radhi Shnaishel about this issue,” Korkis added. /End/
