American helicopters drop leaflets on Mosul to urge support for security forces fighting ISIL
Mosul (IraqiNews.com) On Wednesday, According to a local source in Nineveh province, American helicopters dropped leaflets on the city of Mosul, urging residents to support Iraqi Security Forces against the organization of the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant.
The source said in an interview for IraqiNews.com that “On Wednesday evening American helicopters dropped leaflets on Mosul to persuade inhabitants of the city to help Iraqi security forces in the fight against the organization of ISIL and to expel them from the city so as to restore security and stability to the province.”
