Baghdad evacuates 76 schools housing refugees in preparation for the new academic year

0QBaghdad (IraqiNews.com) On Thursday, the Ministry of Education announced that Baghdad took a set of procedures for the purpose of the evacuation of 76 School of displaced families in preparation for the new academic year, pointing out that UNICEF has donated the establishment of four schools in different parts of the country.

The ministry spokesman, Salama Hassan said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com that “the province of Baghdad will do a number of measures, mainly evacuating 76 Schools housing displaced families in preparation for the new academic year,” indicating that “the province will find suitable alternatives for the purpose of housing the displaced families of the hot spots”

Hassan added that “UNICEF donated to establish four schools, each one of them has 12 classes,” pointing out that “one of them will be established in Anbar, two in Najaf and the fourth Nahrawan.”
