CoM instructs MoM not o rent territories of MoA

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Secretariat General of the Council of Ministers instructed ”The Ministry of Municipalities to stop promoting the files of the citizens who want to privatize or rent the territories, which belong to the Ministry of Agriculture, to establish livestock and agricultural projects.”A media source from the committee said in a statement received by IraqiNews.com ”The territories included with rent in accordance with resolution no.(178) of 1984 or the law article no. (177) of 1970 or the resolution no. (350) of 1985 are all covered by regulations set by the Ministry of Agriculture exclusively.” \
