Council of Ministers declares holiday in Baghdad on Wednesday and Thursday

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad- On Tuesday, the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers declared a holiday in the capital Baghdad on Wednesday and Thursday on the occasion of Imam Kadhim’s visit.
Iraqi state television said in flash news followed by IraqiNews.com, “The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers suspends official working in Baghdad on Wednesday and Thursday.”
“This came on the occasion of the visit of Imam al-Kazim ,” state television added.
It is noteworthy that millions of Muslims visit Kadhimiya city north of the capital Baghdad annually to commemorate the martyrdom of Imam Musa al-Kazim.
