Any force outside framework of the state is a seed for civil war, says al-Najafi

(IraqiNews.com) Baghdad – On Wednesday, Iraqi Vice President Osama al-Najafi announced, that any force outside the framework of the state represents the seed for a civil war.

The Office of the Vice President Osama Abdul Aziz al-Najafi said in a statement obtained by IraqiNews.com, “Today, Vice President Osama al-Najafi asserted, that any military force outside the framework of the state will represent the seed of a civil war,” pointing out that, “The National Guard Law represents the only legitimate framework for containing any military effort.”
