IHEC appoints its contractors on permanent staff

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission IHEC announced appointing its temporary contracted employees on the permanent staff of the Commission.A statement by the IHEC quoted the Chairman of Elections Directorate, Muqdad al-Sharifi, as saying on Wednesday ”The resolution came after obtaining the consent from the Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, to appreciate their efforts which were exerted in order to establish the democracy foundations in Iraq.””The consent was obtained according to the conditions that were adopted by the committee which was formed by the parliamentary decree no.(40) of 2011,” the statement added. \
