IHEC, 2 Security incidents occur near election centers in Nineveh

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Independent High Electoral Commission IHEC revealed that two security incidents occurred near voting centers in Nineveh province.The Head of the IHEC, Sarbst Mustafa, reported in a press conference held in Baghdad attended by the correspondent of IraqiNews.com ”There are not security breaches registered, but two simple incidents in Mosul city.””Though we did not receive the reports from our office deployed in Nineveh province, yet we want to secure people of Anbar and Nineveh provinces, noting that the IHEC is keen to ensure the success of the elections process and its integrity,” the statement added. \END\
