Iranian pilgrims held at Sheeb Iraqi-Iranian borders

Maysan (IraqiNews.com) The security committee in Maysan Provincial Council revealed that “About three thousand Iranian pilgrims are held in Sheeb border inlet in Maysan.”

The head of security committee told Iraqi News (IraqiNews.com) Friday “About three thousands of Iranian pilgrims are held in Sheeb border inlet due to non-completion of visa procedures.”

He noted that “The citizens of Musharah district, which is close to the border inlet, have quickly provided services to the Iranian pilgrims,” demanding the local government to expedite the completion of the procedures to allow the Iranian pilgrims enter Iraq.”
