Iraqi Electricity Ministry concludes 2 contracts with foreign companies

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Iraqi Ministry of Electricity represented by the General Directorate for Electricity Transmission of the North concluded two contracts, the first one was concluded with the Swiss Borouge Cable Company while the second was concluded with the Jordanian Atom Company to equip the Directorate with high-pressure cables.

A statement by the Ministry cited “The first contract includes supplying Mosul high-pressure power station with cables of 132400 KV of Swiss made while the second contract involves supplying the Directorate with equipments of European made to expand the secondary power stations.”
