Kirkuk governor goes on implementing security ditch project

Kirkuk (IraqiNews.com) The Governor of Kirkuk province declared going on implementing the ditch project that surrounds Kirkuk province according to the resolution of the security committee and the ratification of Kirkuk Provincial Council.Kirkuk Governor, Najam al-Din Karim, reported in statement during a meeting with the security committee to discuss the security development in the province received by IraqiNews.com on Tuesday ”We do not need to obtain any consent regarding the field of the security for Kirkuk people.””The ditch project does not include any political dimensions but to sustain security and stability in Kirkuk province and that is among the Governor’s authorities,” he added.”Any district or neighborhood may suggest to dig a security ditch and we will consider it and work to implement it where we must be very cautious in security projects,” he pointed out.The Governor of Kirkuk province called upon to ”More coordination and cooperation among the security bodies in the province,” he concluded. \END\
