Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Prime Ministers, Nouri al-Maliki, instructed to evacuate the presidential palaces from its residents and allocate them for culture and arts exclusively.

A source from the Ministry of Culture reported to IraqiNews.com on Tuesday ”The Premier instructed to evacuate the presidential palaces from its residents and allocate them for culture and arts.”

The former regime built several presidential palaces which are characterized with unique architecture style and allocated them for the regime’s assistants, and when the former regime was toppled, the US troops occupied them. Then the US Troops handed these palaces over to the Iraqi government after their withdrawal from Iraq. \
