Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Interior announced that ”The special committee, which was formed to follow up the detainees affairs, continues receiving the complains and inquiries related to the detainees in the detention centers of the MoI.”

The Official spokesperson of the Ministry, Colonel Saad Maan Ibrahim, reported in statement received by IraqiNews.com on Thursday ”The phone calls, which have been directly answered by the Director General of Interior Affairs, also the Head of the Supreme Committee to Follow up the Detainees Affairs, reached (289) calls and inquiries while the complains that were sent to the committee via e-mail reached five complains.”

”All the received complains have been considered and delivered to the sub-committees which were formed for this purpose to be studied and solved according to the legal terms with limited duration determined by the central committee,” the statement added.
