Results of ministerial exams to be published soon, says official

Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) The Ministry of Education assured that the results of the final ministerial exams for the final academic classes will be announced in the next few days.

The official spokesperson of the MoE Waleed Hassan assured ”The delay in publishing the results was due to the huge number of the exam’s copybooks which reached to more than 5,500,000,” noting that ”The staff of the Ministry of Education is checking the copybooks of the exams and the results will be announced within two days.”

He added in statement to IraqiNews.com that ”The procedures and instructions issued by the Ministry of Education should be adopted by the observers and teachers who are conducting the correction operation,” stressing that “The Minister of Education visited the control centers to monitor the correction operation of the exams copybooks.”

The statement pointed out that ”The MoE has previously announced that the results will be published after the middle of current July but the CDs which contain the results are not accomplished yet and they need more checks and review operations by special committees which have been formed to supervise the audit process.”
