U.S. Medical team visits Najaf province

Najaf (IraqiNews.com) An American medical team specialized in conducting cardiac surgeries for children has arrived on Wednesday to Najaf province.The specialized physician in Najaf Center for Cardiac Diseases, Alaa Mansur, stated to IraqiNews.com that ”The US team, which has previously visited Najaf province, includes physicians specialized in cardiac surgeries, specialists in anesthesia in addition to nurses.””The medical teams will start conducting surgeries for children who suffer of congenital defects in the heart during the next ten days,” he added.”This is the first time the team visits Najaf this year and according to the contract, which was concluded between the US team and Najaf health department, the team will conduct other visits to the province to do surgeries in Najaf hospitals,” he concluded. \
