18th Car bomb goes off in Yarmok
Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) About (21) civilians were killed and wounded due to a car bomb explosion in Yarmok area.Security source reported to IraqiNews.com ”The terrorist groups detonated an Improvised Explosive Device that was emplaced under the car bomb near Shawaf mosque after the prayer of Ishaa in Yarmok area of western Baghdad,” noting that ”The explosion of the car bomb resulted in killing three civilians and wounding (18) others.”

”The security forces and the ambulances rushed to the explosion area transporting the deaf bodies to the morgue and the wounded persons to Yarmok hospital for treatment,” the source added.The Ministry of Interior announced that (15) car bombs exploded in Baghdad on Wednesday and resulted in killing and wounding (233) persons, while a security source announced later that (14) persons were killed and wounded when a car bomb went off in Amel area of southeastern Baghdad. The death toll of Wednesday blasts became (268) deaths and injuries due to (18) car bombs.
